Greywell's Managing Director, Rupert Hopcraft, has worked in the building industry since 1985. Aged just 26, he became the Senior Project Manager for Pettifer Construction managing the construction of Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s and Safeway supermarkets. His experience in managing and ensuring quality on those very significant projects allows the fullest scrutiny and understanding of the design and build process in all Greywell projects, whether conversion of a single Victorian cottage or a larger development. Rupert’s time with Greywell since 1998 identifying and solving a myriad of legal, regulatory and technical problems on a variety of sites also means Greywell is very well equipped to deal with practically any issue arising.

Tim Malby BSc (Hons) FRICS started his career in 1986 at St Quintin, Chartered Surveyors, in the City of London where he provided investment and development advice to a number of high profile property companies and financial institutions. He also undertook a range of professional services including specialist valuations, rent reviews and relocations. After 11 years, Tim resigned to join a south Midlands based property developer where he became Managing Director in 2000. Tim has initiated and carried out many commercial and residential developments, including speculative office and industrial schemes, town centre apartment schemes and has earned a particular reputation in the care home sector. He is a well known figure in the Midlands property market.

In the months since his resignation and joining Greywell, Tim has single-handedly been responsible for generating the purchase of the largest town centre development site in Leamington Spa in 2013. This comprises a 40,000 sq ft office for conversion to apartments.

Daniel Jackson BA (Hons) joined Greywell in Spring 2012 and soon established himself as the bright young talent around the office. Building on the knowledge gained in his Town Planning degree, Daniel specialises in all aspects of the planning process. He has quickly adapted to oversee many other parts of the development process including site viability appraisals, compiling building contracts, structuring complex conveyance packs, as well as looking after the customer handover and after-sales care process.
